Great experience from beginning to end! When I called to ask about their service and get prices the owner was super friendly and informative. We’d never had our ducts cleaned before, so she explained the process to me. I got reminders that they were coming leading up to the appointment, as well as the tech calling me the morning of to let me know they were on their way. He even asked if I wanted him to bring me a coffee. 😊 The 2 young guys that showed up were respectful, friendly, and answered every question we asked. Would definitely recommend. 😁

December 28, 2023Preston and John did our air ducts today. Very professional. Called to let us know they were on the way. Being this was the first time we had air ducts done they explained the process. As they were doing the work explained what they were doing. Even showed us pictures of the ducts before and after as well as a video. Would use them again. THANKS GUYS!!

Gareth and Ashton came out on time, very easy to work with. Very courteous. Explained things and showed pics of duct work, which was very eye opening ! A rainy day, but they did not rack in or make any mess to clean up. Would recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning done!

November 12, 2021After calling around it was hard to believe QCC had such reasonable rates, but what really impressed me was how friendly and professional the entire team was. This includes the phone calls setting up my appointment to Sam, Erika, and Jaden to name a few who performed the work. To be clear, I actually enjoyed doing business with them. I had 2200 sqft of carpet, HVAC ducts, and dryer vents cleaned. It is not possible to be happier with the quality of their work. I've hired 5 companies over the past few years in Northern Indiana for similar work and have always ending up being pleased in the end, but QCC has changed my expectations setting the bar much higher. Bottom line, you'd be a fool not to call QCC.

August 18, 2021We had a great experience with QCC. I purchased my house a year and a half ago, as soon as we finished the drywalling portion of the addition i called QCC. We were put on the schedule asap for duct cleaning and sanitizing. They were timely and super nice. Breathing throughout the house is so much better. I used to wake up with black boogers, not anymore. Unbelievable the difference, well worth the money!

We are returning customers - having used QCC's services over several years now. It was easy to set up an appointment that fit our schedules. John was on-time, introduced himself right away and reviewed what was to be done. Before beginning the upholstery cleaning, he confirmed the content of the fabrics so the correct products were used. John was very professional, efficient with his time, doing a thorough job. We are very pleased with the results - pet smells are gone and stains removed. Bottom line - I highly recommend QCC - timely, courteous service, great job, exceptional value.

August 16, 2021Today I got an air duct cleaning from QCC. Ashton and Mason were the workers on this job. They were both amazing and very professional. They took pictures both before and after of my vents and walked me thru the process. I could not be any more happier. They took wonderful care of my home with drop clothes and corner guards. They also removed their shoes. If you are looking for an air duct cleaning service, I highly recommend this company! Definitely a 5 star ⭐️

Ron and his team at QCC are exceptional. I had them out to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. Sam and his crew were responsive, professional, and left a clean work site. Would highly recommend QCC for duct cleaning. Reasonable pricing and most importantly, thorough cleaning. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again in the future!
